Motorcycle crash kills Vancouver man

Kenneth Albrecht dies after bike hits Highway 14 guardrail

A Vancouver man died Friday afternoon after his motorcycle struck a guardrail along state Highway 14 about 9 miles east of Washougal.

The Washington State Patrol said Kenneth W. Albrecht, 69, was westbound near Milepost 24 when he lost control of his 1980 Yamaha. Albrecht later died at a local hospital.

The accident was reported at 2:10 p.m.
