Boys basketball: Hockinson 59, Hudson’s Bay 45

Hawks coach Jon Warner credit his team’s defense on Hudson’s Bay leading scorer Eli Hoover as a key in the Hawks’ first win of the season.

The Hawks limited Hoover to 12 points, incluidng just one field goal in the second half.

Micah Paulsen scored 16 points and Sawyer Racanelli added 12 and Ki Haden to lead the Hawks.
