Letter: Support Brent for port

By Kim Hamlik, VANCOUVER
Published: October 7, 2023, 6:00am

Support Russell Brent in the upcoming November election for Port Commissioner, District 1. He is an esteemed figure in the business and community realms. He is recognized for his ability to respect diverse perspectives, making him an ideal candidate to bridge differing viewpoints. At the recent League of Women Voters forum, Russell displayed great communication skills. He pledged to focus on the port’s opportunities: the waterfront, economic development, a skilled workforce, protecting our quality of life, optimizing Terminal 1, and fiscal responsibility.

Russell Brent’s blend of knowledge and creativity will impact our region.
