Rafael Bauman scored two touchdowns as Hudson’s Bay opened 2A Greater St. Helens League play with a 20-8 win over R.A. Long on Friday at Longview Memorial Stadium.
Bauman had a 2-yard touchdown run and and 54-yard touchdown reception as Bay built a 13-0 halftime lead.
William Clark’s 1-yard touchdown run put Bay up 20-0 in the third quarter. R.A. Long got a 68-yard touchdown reception from Taijon Reagins to Koynn Williamdyke.
Bay (3-0, 1-0) is off to its first 3-0 start since 2001. The Eagles face Ridgefield next week.
