LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Seruni took the lead with three furlongs left and pulled away for a 614-length victory over Worldly in the $51,135 feature at Churchill Downs on Wednesday.

The 4-year-old gelded son of Saint Liam, ridden by Jon Court, covered the mile in 1:35.58. The race was moved to the regular track from the turf after two days of rain in Louisville.

Seruni paid $8.40, $3.80 and $2.60, while favored Worldly returned $3 and $2.40. Ninety Schillings was another half-length back in third and earned $3.

Seruni, owned by G. Watts Humphrey Jr. and St. George Farm Racing LLC, earned $31,200 to increase his career total to $152,909 with his fourth win in 13 starts.
