The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old girl who ran away from home Friday.

A VPD bulletin said Julianna Vara left the 1400 block of Northeast 86th Avenue in Vancouver wearing a short sleeved black T-shirt, blue jeans and black Keds shoes. She was carrying a black leather bag with her when she left.

Julianna is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair with blond tips. She also has a pierced lower lip.

Julianna is believed to be with unknown friends. The VPD asked that anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911.
