INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Hard to Resist rallied in the final yards to edge Let’s Go Cheyenne by a neck Thursday in the $57,700 turf feature at Betfair Hollywood Park.

Dropping in class after a poor performance in a graded stakes at Santa Anita, the 4-year-old filly — ridden by David Flores — ran 1 1/16 miles in 1:41.53 and paid $15.40, $6.60 and $3.80.

Let’s Go Cheyenne returned $4.40 and $3.40, and Plaza de Indias paid $10.20 to show.

The heavy favorite, Gem of Soul, finished fourth.

A daughter of Johannesburg trained by Peter Eurton, Hard to Resist has earned $126,040 in 10 career races.
