Rebecca Morrison-Peck dresses a mannequin in a cage bustle women in the 1870s would have worn. Morrison-Peck, a Yacolt resident, is a historical costumer specializing in women’s undergarments. She will give a lecture at the Clark County Historical Museum on Aug. 28 titled “The Politics of Women’s Underwear: 1790-1950.”
