James Martin, left, facilities operations director for WSU Vancouver, and Jeff Wittler, environmental resources manager for Clark Public Utilities, walk down the bank of Mill Creek where the two organizations are working to restore the creek. Mill Creek flows through the Vancouver campus and into Salmon Creek.
