Insitu Inc.’s new president and CEO Steve Morrow has already demonstrated his ability to capture new U.S. Defense Department funding for drone technology. After Morrow’s appointment, in April, Insitu landed an $83 million contract to provide operation and maintenance services to the department’s ScanEagle program through 2012.
