Columbia Waterfront LLC Developers of a proposed community on the Vancouver waterfront have prepared a range of conceptual plans for the project over the years. This December 2008 rendering imagines a $1.2 billion redevelopment with high-rise offices, condos and restaurants, a marina, and a waterfront park on the west side of Interstate 5.
