Breast cancer survivor Nell Perdue, center, 39, of Vancouver reaches skyward as she cheers at the start of the 5K walk during the Race for the Cure in downtown Portland on Sunday. Perdue, part of a group from the Vancouver Clinic, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 24.
