Troy Haliwell, 43, left, and John Scougale, 41, both of east Vancouver, light candles in memory of Trayvon Martin during a candlelight vigil at First Congregational United Church of Christ. Haliwell said he was less concerned about the races of the two people involved in the incident than with with a law that would protect vigilante justice.
