Dolly Jendro, of Washougal, looks over the new book selections Tuesday at the Vancouver Mall Community Library. The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District will reduce the space and services at the mall branch in 2013. “It will have serious repercussions,” Jendro, 81, said. “It’s such a valuable resource.” Jendro said she is concerned that people who can’t afford personal Internet service may lose the public access they depend on.
