Weeds reach as high as some people are tall in planters at the former Vancouver City Hall, located at 210 E. 13th St. The building was formerly leased by the city from the Vancouver School District. The district is now in charge of the space, and it's grown derelict over the summer. A crew will mount a cleanup campaign first thing Friday.
