A section of a huge drilling rig goes under the Interstate 5 Bridge in July 2009 on its way to Alaska’s North Slope. Its manufacturer, Thompson Metal Fab, is one of three major fabricators impacted by the Columbia River Crossing's planned 116-foot bridge height.
