Northeast Hazel Dell: Firefighter Casey Taylor and his friend Tiller helped fill the boot for the Muscular Dystrophy Association on May 19, 2007. In 2011, the city of Vancouver told the firefighters union that it would not be allowed to use city streets for its annual fundraiser; the city council is now working on a way for groups to apply to safely close off vehicle lanes.
