Jennifer Smith of Vancouver worries changes to the state Medicaid managed care plans will mean her daughter, 7-year-old Bridget Smith, will need to find a new provider. Bridget, a Medicaid Basic Health member, is currently undergoing treatment for severe allergies. A provider change could disrupt Bridget's treatment, Jennifer Smith said.
