A freight train zooms past Ridgefield's Ash Street, near the Mill Street rail crossing. Clark County Fire & Rescue Battalion Chief Tim Dawdy, pictured, supports the Port of Ridgefield's work to build an overpass over the crossing to improve access to the waterfront.
