After being stopped on the other side of the railroad tracks by a slow-moving train, firefighters with Clark County Fire & Rescue contained a fire at a Ridgefield houseboat Feb. 1. No one was reportedly home at the time of the blaze, but firefighters rescued one cat and found two dogs deceased inside.
