Northwest Natural Products, Vancouver-based makers of children's gummy-bear vitamins and gummy vitamins and fiber pills for adults, has been purchased by New Jersey company Church & Dwight for $650 million in cash. The supplement maker also owns a 200,000-square-foot factory and warehouse in Ridgefield.
