Gabby Swalko, 18, who is about seven weeks pregnant, and her boyfriend, Bryce Hoxeng, 19, gather information Saturday at the teen and young parent resource fair at the Robert C. Bates Center for Education in Vancouver. Hoxeng said the couple wanted to learn as much as they could before the arrival of their child.
