Surveillance footage shows two men leaving Southwest Washington Safeway stores allegedly without paying for merchandise. The man in the white shirt, right, got away with $380.92 in whiskey and cognac; the man pushing the shopping cart left with $131.94 worth of Tide, Downy, Huggies and other items, Safeway said.
