Army veteran Ron Frisbie, 64, a member of the VFW Post 7824 honor guard, bows his head during Friday's POW/MIA observance. Frisbie was wounded during a mortar attack in Vietnam. "It's very important to honor the POWs and MIA's -- the guys who never came home: That's what you call patriotism," he said.
