Workers at the Hanford nuclear reservation work July 14, 2010 around a a tank farm where highly radioactive waste is stored underground near Richland. Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, the new chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, on Tuesday called for a federal investigation into the six leaking tanks at Hanford.
